How was the turkey!

I cooked my first deboned turkey this year for Thanksgiving. I used a Mario Batali recipe for the stuffing. It had some spicy sausage, water chestnuts and other ingredients you would find in other stuffIng. I have to practice my technique on trussing the Turkey with the butcher’s twine to keep the stuffing in and make it more presentable.Other than that, it was a success and my son said it was the best turkey he has tasted.
