I learned an excellent lesson this week when travelling abroad. It is important to make sure you have the baggage tag receipt on your boarding card or somewhere were it is easily accessed. I left Copenhagen in a rush and didn’t receive a bag tag. That was last Sunday and I am still waiting. The problem with international airlines such as KLM is that they are open infrequently during the week. I used messenger to contact KLM and that worked well. Also you can replace items you need up to 500 dollars. Stay tuned to see if I actually receive my luggage today!
